How to stop 5.7.0 from auto downgrading to 5.6.0 on VVX411

Hello, we are trying to upgrade our VVX 411 phones to 5.7.0 from 5.6.0. The problem is that the phone says it has an update and autoupdates and downgrades to 5.6.0. How do we keep it at 5.7.0. Do we need to setup something different than the polycom hosted servers? Cheers

Is this using a SIP server or a LYNC / Skype for Business server?
