LED Indicator CX3000

I have a satellite office where they do not have any sound, when they start a conference. But if they unplug ethernet cable and plug it back it works. It is more then one CX3000 that have the problem. A user with that problem says that the three LED indicator is lightning in amber. But there is no documentation that describes colour of these LED. Is there anyone that knows?

Sorry for the late response.


On the CX phones, the color of the LED indicator shows your status in Skype for Business:

* Green for available

* Amber/Yellow for Inactive/Away

* Red for Busy/In meeting
