Missed call in Skype for Business when using Call Admission Control and paired VVX

Hello Community,

 

we experience problems when using Call Admission Control with Skype for Business and VVX phones.

The users use Skype for Business Desktop clients and paired Polycom VVX (410/500). When Call Admission Control is active and the call is re-routed over PSTN, the user receiving the call gets the call popup on the Desktop client for a very short period of time (which results in a missed call notification), afterwards the call can be answered on the Polycom VVX phone. So answering the call on the Skype for Business Desktop client is not possible.

 

If a VVX phone is not involved at the client side, the call can be answered with the Skype for Business Desktop client as expected.

 

Firmware version is 5.4.2 Rev DE.

 

Any ideas on how to eliminate this issue?
