Re: Multi-Line setup VVX 600 One Lync One SIP

Hello Tony,

welcome to the Polycom Community.

A VVX Phone in Lync Base Profile does only allow one registration to LYNC / Skype for Business and no addition line.

This should be stated in the release notes and in addition in the community's FAQ here:

Jan 25, 2016 Question:How many Lines can I register using Polycom phones with Lync Server / Skype for Business server ?

Resolution: You can register only one line when Lync is set as the base profile on the phone.

Please also be aware that if your Phones part number does not end in -18 or -19 you are only entitled to test the Phone with Lync / Skype for 30 days or you require an additional per device license.

This is detailed => here <=

Re: Multi-Line setup VVX 600 One Lync One SIP

OK - thanks

My question then is - is their any device that can support S4B and a second Voip Line

As a US branch of an Australian company i need to have the handset part of the Australian Skype for Business network AND have local (USA) phones. - Small business - 30 ish in Australia - 5 in USA

Having two Handsets is one option

i am presuming i cannot have two S4B connections - Australian Server, US server...

any other options
