I have Just gotten Lync 2013 servers installed in the last 6 months and I am in the process of ironing out the issues. I found this tool which allowed me to grab the logs off the CX 600s so I thought if I can clean up those errors I will be one step closer to success.

We have 2 Lync servers. One FE pool. We have an internal domain with an AD Certificate services. We have an External Domain which we use for Office 365 email. I have both DNS zones on the internal DNS server.

I am getting the following errors:

  • ERROR :: CServiceExtractor::ExtractCapability: Error: returning hr = 80F10026 -
  • ERROR :: CScreenManager::StartMessageLoop: Message took lot of time to get schduled msg time 64582010 Start time   64584011  msg 275 msg.lParam 0x64 msg.wParam 0x0
  • ERROR :: CLocationWebServiceTask::ParseResponseXml: Got an error response from LIS! 404
  • ERROR :: WriteLogonSessionAssertionTrace: NModel::CEasyUccContext::Get[133] - ASSERTION FAILURE: IUccContext::get_Property() failed!. hr=0x80ee0058

I see in the snooper logs that I get 4 tries to login and 3 of them fail does anyone know why that is?

Hello dbrill@graphikdimensions.com,

Polycom and other manufacturers produce these optimized for Microsoft® Lync® devices after a reference design and the embedded OS running on the phones is provided, supported and maintained by our partner Microsoft®.

You therefore may want to reach out to the Microsoft® community and / or Microsoft® support directly instead as this is the most direct and efficient path.

Please try here

Best Regards
