Hi,
Apologies to everyone. New to this Polycom setup. We're using Lync 2013 and VVX 310 using PIN Authentication. I have a requirement where two Extensions / SIP accounts must login to the same VVX 310 device (both active). I tried to research the community but I can't seem to find the exact steps on where should I changed the config for this. This is a simple setup using SNOM.
I hope someone can give me the link on how to do it.
Thank you.
Best,
Millcadz

Hello @millcadz,
welcome back to the Polycom Community.
The community's VoIP FAQ contains this post here:
Jan 25, 2016 Question:How many Lines can I register using Polycom phones with Lync Server / Skype for Business server ?
Resolution: You can register only one line when Lync is set as the base profile on the phone. The Polycom Trio has a Hybrid registration feature from UC Software 5.5.2 or later. Details can be found in the Trio Admin Guide or => here <=
Please ensure you always check the community FAQ and/or utilize the community search before posting any new topics or follow up post’s.
In addition SNOM, to my personal knowledge, no longer is Microsoft certified.
Please ensure to provide some feedback if this reply has helped you so other users can profit from your experience.
