Hi,
Can you please confirm if the Music On Hold from the phone is limited to one call? That is, If I have two callers on hold, only the first caller will hear the hold music.
Thanks,
Chris

Hello Hello ChrisDB1,,
to my knowledge we only play one MoH to the first held caller.
I would suggest you work with Microsoft on this issue as an enhancement request as it is rather unusual for an Endpoint having to supply the MoH rather than the PABX.

Hi Steffan,
I understand about it being strange having endpoints play music on hold thanks.
Just wondering if anyone knows if you can use a Sonus Gateway to provide music on hold internaly using the voIpProt.SIP.musicOnHold.uri option?
We are using the Sonus to provide MOH to external callers but internal calls aren't routed through it.
Thanks,
Chris
