Number of favorites displayed on the VVX500

Is there a way to control the number of favorites visible on the VVX500?  2 columns with 4 seems to be the default.  Can you do 3 columns of 4?  Or you can't have 8 visible and somehow scroll to another screen, my assumption is if you need more than 8 you need an expansion module?

Thanks
