Part Number Mismatch

Hello,

I found Part Number Mismatch on Polycom Trio 8800 Physical sticker which ends with 019(skype for business pre-installed license) and in the phone menu, it shows that part number ends with 001.

what does it mean? do I have Skype for Business license or not?

thank you

Re: Part Number Mismatch

Hello @Davit Ubilava

the 3111-65290-001 is the "Software" part number the phone has. The ending with -019 is the physical number when you order the phone in Skype for Business mode.

I can see your reseller RM-TEKHNO LLC sold this 7200-85310-019 aka Collaboration Kit unit to Ukraine. I am not sure if the same is applicable but for Russia, we are only allowed to sell 7200-85310-114 as this is the unit without media encryption.

Best regards
