Hello Myousief,

welcome to the Polycom Community.

It is always useful to include the currently used UC Software version as issues experienced or a question asked may already be addressed in a newer release.

This also allows yourself and others to check against current software release notes, Administrator Guides or FAQ post’s.

The above is also stated in the "Read First"

Therefore the Polycom VoIP FAQ contains this post here:

Question: How can I find out my SIP or UC Software Version of my Phone?
Resolution: Please check here

Also do you have more details or a backup of the phone?

Please ensure to provide some feedback if this reply has helped you so other users can profit from your experience.

Hello Myousief,

please answer the whole of my questions i.e. currently used software version, what config you are using and if possible a MAC address so we can probably direct you to a Polycom reseller.

Hello Myousief,

there was no configuration attached but a couple of things:

  • The VVX500 you are utilizing with LYNC / Skype for Business is not a -018 or -019 SKU and therefore you require to purchase a Polycom per device License as explained => here <= or => here <=

Please be aware that all the phones you are utilizing, and are not of the above SKU, have the relevant license and please provide proof of this when opening a ticket

  • WESTCON MIDDLE EAST LTD sold this phone back in 12/03/2015 so from our perspective it is out of warranty

I am still unsure what your Problem is but you need to ensure you have the correct license.

Polycom reserves the right to audit your deployment to verify that you have sufficient licenses to match the number of devices being used.

If you already have this please ignore the above but provide proof of this when opening a support ticket.
