Polycom CX5100 inside a Citrix environment

I have bought a Polycom CX5100 UC Station, and I want to use this station with Lync inside a Citrix environment. My issue is that the Citrix XenDesktop won't find the driver.

 

I'm getting following error message:

 

No webcam is detected.

Install a webcam to use with Lync. If you have already attached a webcam to the
computer, go to Windows Device Manager to make sure that it is installed and working
correctly.

 

Please help me..

welcome to the Polycom Community.

To my knowledge the Operating System and the LYNC  Skype client would supply the relevant drivers but I do not believe we support virtual environments / thin clients at present.
