My equipment with serial number 82151643E59DDA has the same problem, the screen has stopped working several years ago, I already applied all possible upgrades and downgrades without getting my equipment get work correctly again.
I´m the end user, and I can´t find Polycom support center in Mexico City, my reseller disapear several years ago.
Attached you can find the firmware information.

Welcome to the Poly Community.
The Unit was sold back in 2015 and the warranty ended in 2016. There is nothing an end User can do and only an RMA via Poly can get the unit in a working state if we still do this. Please visit our support page to check about RMA's
