I am looking to utilize Polycom Device Management Service because we will soon have around 50 Trio 8800's. I see I can purchase licenses for $4.99 from CDW. If I purchase 1 license, how do I obtain the software? Do I download the 60-day trial from Polycom's website, and then activate it with the license?


It's a little unclear, and my vendor said they are not sure, as the PDMS is supported by Polycom directly.

Resolution: Polycom has separate Solutions for either on Premise Polycom ResourceManager RPRM or a Cloud Solution called PDMS-E and additional details can be found => here <=
