Steffen, you're really asking me to troubleshoot with the reseller and not the manufacturer?

Hello @brett_lindsey,

End Customers are unable to open a ticket directly with Polycom support. The reseller can do this for you.

 

I cannot spot anything jumping out at me from the snippet you posted.

 

Other people can chime in but at the end it needs to come via support.
