Is anyone experiencing issues using the callback feature on their Skype for business client to call back into a TRIO?
We have VVX and TRIOS.... only the TRIOS are affected. Logging in via pin/AD credentials on the TRIO yields the same result.
When using call back from the Skype client, the TRIO joins the meeting but my skype user account just hangs for 30 seconds and then disconnects.
I have tested 2 software versions for the TRIO and both experience the same issue.
We have skype for business 2015 on-prem.
Any help is much appreciated. Even is someone can just confirm call back to the TRIO is working for them.
