Polycom Trio 8800 with Skype for business not working

Base profile i used skype for Business and tried to login trough Web and showing below error.

As this stops you from using the Trio and if the above FAQ does not help you to troubleshoot I suggest you get this into support. Other community volunteers may be able to advise you further.

 

In order to raise a support ticket, you need to work with your Poly reseller as they may need to do this for you.

End Customers are usually unable to open a ticket directly with Poly support. Available End User Poly services offerings are detailed here

Our records show INGRAM MICRO sold this unit back in 11/05/2017 so I assume this is not a day 1 issue.

As the unit is no longer within the warranty please be prepared to Pay Per Incident / PPI. This is all outlined in detail here

When you say "tried to log in through web", do you mean you're trying to use the Web Sign In option from the touchscreen of the device? Or are you logging in to the web interface of the device and trying to sign in from there?

 

Also, are you signing in to Skype for Business Online, or on premises?

Are you using interal PKI (certificates) on SkypeForBusiness? (assuming you're running onprem)

If so, make sure the root certs of your PKI are known on the TRIO. You can upload them from the web-console, or import them in a configuration file.
