Polycom Trio Exchange Online & SfB on-premises

We have a hybrid Exchange environment.

I just migrated one of our Skype for Business meeting room resources from on-premises to Exchange Online.

Our Skype for Business is currently on-premises (not hybrid).

I can't get the Polycom Trio 8800 to connect to Exchange Online to show the calendar information.

Re: Polycom Trio Exchange Online & SfB on-premises

Hello @pfunk,

welcome back to the Polycom community.

Some or a couple of your old post(s) => here <= are still open / pending as you have not marked these as "Accept as a solution" or at least provided some form of feedback or answer.

If they are in this state nobody finding them via a community search will know if an answer or advice provided was useful and has maybe helped you.

Could you therefore kindly go over them and mark or answer as appropriate ?

If they are marked as "Accept as a solution" other users can find these easier and it helps them to utilise the community more efficiently.

For your new question (as some of your old ones) it is always useful to include the currently used UC Software version as issues experienced or a question asked may already be addressed in a newer release.

This also allows yourself and others to check against current software release notes, Administrator Guides or FAQ post’s.

The above is also stated in the "Must Read First" and is the absolute minimum requirement every new post should include. .

In addition providing us with this basic information gives Polycom an idea what Software Versions are used in the field and avoids wasting time trying to troubleshoot issues which have already been addressed.

As reminded before the Polycom VoIP FAQ contains this post here:

Question: How can I find out my SIP or UC Software Version of my Phone?
Resolution: Please check here

As reminded before in addition the Skype for Business FAQ contains:

Jan 17, 2017 Question:How can I troubleshoot simple Skype for Business, LYNC or Office365 issues?

Resolution: Have a look => here <=

Not following the above makes it impossible to guess what your issue is.

Please ensure to provide some feedback if this reply has helped you so other users can profit from your experience.

Hello @pfunk,

If you follow up the above FAQ should enable you to troubleshoot this.

The next step would be a support ticket via your reseller.
