Polycom VVX-310 issues with Skype for Business

I would like to upgrade all of our VVX-310's to 5.5.1 how can you do this? We use Skype for Buisness Online Server and our phone's are just tied to the O365 login...


Also how can we turn off the enforce device lock with Skype for Buisness Online deployment? Nobody seems to know from Microsoft


All of our phones are LAGGY and freezing thus trying the new firmware.
