Hello,

 

We have Polycom VVX 400 - v5.4.1 with Lync 2013 and have a strange icon appearing on the handsets - looks like a cross or + above the phone indicator.

 

The handset is working but I'm trying to find out what it means. It persists through setting DND, changing status etc.

 

I have attached a picture.
