Polycom VVX 410 Client user-agent

Hi Support,

 

I have Skype for Business hybrid also MFA is enabled on ADFS server as per Microsoft document MFA not supported on Polycom phones.

 

I will configure a exclusion rule on ADFS to exclude the polycom phone from MFA using client user-agent, I need your help to provide me with the client user-agent for VVX 410 to add it.

I am not really sure but are you after the User Agent string that we would use on a VVX410 ?

Hello,

I am sorry for that but I didn't get you, I need the user agent for the Polycom phone to make me able to add it to the ADFS server to exclude it from MFA.

Hello Ahmed,

The User Agent would look like this:

 

  • User-Agent: Polycom/5.4.4.7609 PolycomRealPresenceTrio-Trio_8800-UA/5.4.4.7609
    or
  • User-Agent: Polycom/5.4.2.3254 PolycomVVX-VVX_600-UA/5.4.2.3254

Just replace the 600 with 410
