Hello, we have a client who is using a mix of 500 & 400 series of VVX phones. Most seem to have a sporadic reboot happening which is causing extreme frustration for the users and client. I have attached the log file.
One of the things we saw previously was that the phone was attempting to almst upgrade and downgrade on its own. I have set the Skype For Business (Office 365) parameter to not check for updates via PowerShell but it doesn't seem to have resolved the issue.
What else can be done?

As this is affecting one of your customers I can only advise you to open a ticket.
In order to raise a support ticket you need to work with your Polycom reseller as they need to do this for you.
End Customers are unable to open a ticket directly with Polycom support.
The MAC 64167F1B8259 shows this VVX 501 was sold via Westcon-Comstor Americas and they are your Tier 1 contact.
