Polycom VVX300 Connection Issues

Unable to configure my polycom to work with skype, see error logs below. I have set NTP servers.

UC Software Version 5.7.1.2205 Updater Version 5.9.1.1991

welcome to the Polycom Community.

I cannot really see any errors but that is most likely not the whole log. Did this ever work?

 

I suggest you raise a ticket as the phone has the NTP end so far the logs look OK.


End Customers are unable to open a ticket directly with Polycom support.

If this is some sort of an Internet discounter please post either your phone's MAC address or your Polycom devices serial so I can look up who would be able to support you. This may not be who you purchased the Polycom device from.
