Issue : Polycom cx600/3000 unable to login. VVX600 model working fine. Error on the phone : Cannot connect to network. Check your network connection to ensure that it is connected to the right port Phone Firmware version : 4.0.7577.4372 .Test-CsPhoneBootstrap is success.  Reset the pin and tried but no luck. Port reset from network end and no luck.Connected the working phone in non-working port – working fine (VVX600) .Connected the not working phone in working port – no luck (CX600/3000) .Hard reset the phone but no luck

Polycom and other manufacturers produce these optimized for Microsoft® Lync® or Skype® for Business devices after a reference design and the embedded OS running on the phones is provided, supported and maintained by our partner Microsoft®.

You therefore may want to reach out to the Microsoft® community and / or Microsoft® support directly instead as this is the most direct and efficient path.

Polycom is unable to add any new features into the functionality of these CX Devices
