Hello, I am trying to setup my phone at my office and I can't seem to get it to sign in. I have run through all the steps I have found online to properly login into Microsoft Lync and the X600 Polycom phone to sign in. I get to the part where it tells me to plug in the USB and to sign into Lync. I do just that and my phone will login for maybe 5 seconds at the most and just go to a white screen that says "Signing out ...". Once it goes to this screen I can't use any of the buttons on the phone, I will have to unplug the phones lan coord and plug back in to reset the phone so I can retry to log back in. I also assigned myself a pin to atleast attempt to log in just to the phone itself. This worked for a little before it signed me back out, but I did get a message once after typing in my conference pin about a certificate. The only time the phone worked and I was able to calls was when it was signed in to the previous user. If anyone can help me it would be greatly appreciated.

Hello ,

Polycom and other manufacturers produce these optimized for Microsoft® Lync® or Skype® for Business devices after a reference design and the embedded OS running on the phones is provided, supported and maintained by our partner Microsoft®.

You therefore may want to reach out to the Microsoft® community and / or Microsoft® support directly instead as this is the most direct and efficient path.

Polycom is unable to add any new features into the functionality of these CX Devices

Please try here

Best Regards
