We have Polycom Phones - cx 600 in a seperate Vlan and subnets.

 

We found that the voice calls from outside are not properly routed to the polycom phones. Need to know which ports should be open between the Polycom phones vlan and the SFB edge or SFb front end server. Placing the Polyom in the users subnet fixes the problem

Microsoft support or a Microsoft solutions architect should be consulted in case you have any design issues.

 

The ports required for a Skype for Business setup are publicly documented as an example => here <=
