Hello Community,

 

We are installing the Polycom Trio 8800 equipments in our meeting rooms, until now everithing is running ok but I cant see my calendar info in the equipments.

 

The room mailbox is created in the Office 365, but the we use a Lync server on primeses.

 

The UC versions is 5.5.4.2255.

 

We alredy changed the exchanger server to manual and set the server to outlook.office365.com, but this is not working too.

 

Any Ideas?

Viewing a Different Calendar in Skype for Business Mode

 

The RealPresence Trio 8800 system in a Skype for Business environment can be configured to access a Microsoft Outlook calendar that is not associated with your Skype for Business account.

 

Scenarios for split Skype/Exchange login:  acquisition, legacy cleanup.This feature provides deployment flexibility for a split login.

 

To enable the feature: exchange.showSeparateAuth="1“  (default is 0)

Looking at your log:

The above indicates a network issue. Maybe a firewall or something else?

 

To further troubleshoot this if you fail to find the root cause you should open a ticket.

In order to raise a support ticket you need to work with your Polycom reseller as they need to do this for you.

End Customers are unable to open a ticket directly with Polycom support.

If this is some sort of an Internet discounter please post either your phone's MAC address or your Polycom devices serial so I can look up who would be able to support you. This may not be who you purchased the Polycom device from.
