Hi, newbie here!

I'm setting up EFLF on VVX600 from this post, it talks:

Provisioning

The phone will upload a <mac>-UserName@Domain.csv file.

You must use centralized provisioning to share custom .csv files.

Example content:

Line_Index,Line_URI,Line_Style,
2,RtcApplication-4b813ecd-440f-4111-bbd1-c3fea7986a66@t2voice.co.uk,e_Lync,
7,STEFF-GS500@t2voice.co.uk,e_Lync,

The phone requests files "mac-directory" and "000000000000-directory", but doesn't request file (000000000000-UserName@Domain.csv) from centralized profiling.

What is the problem?

Phone logs:

0425212210|flk |5|00|flkmodule|[FLKDataHandler::Flu**bleep**emsFromCSVMap] FLK Map Flushed
0425212210|flk |5|00|flkmodule|[FLKDataHandler::readLinesDataFromCSV] [36] contact added into CSV MAP from CSV File
0425212210|flk |5|00|flkmodule|[FLKDataHandler::Flu**bleep**emsFromCSVMap] FLK Map Flushed

Thanks.

Hello Anatoly,

welcome to the Polycom Community.

It is always useful to include the currently used UC Software version as issues experienced or a question asked may already be addressed in a newer release.

Please also include if you are using a SIP server or a LYNC / Skype for Business server.

If LYNC or Skype please provide Version details and if these are on premise of off premise

This also allows yourself and others to check against current software release notes, Administrator Guides or FAQ post’s.

The above is also stated in the "Read First"

Therefore the Polycom VoIP FAQ contains this post here:

Question: How can I find out my SIP or UC Software Version of my Phone?
Resolution: Please check here

Please ensure to provide some feedback if this reply has helped you so other users can profit from your experience.

Best Regards

Hello Anatoly,

If the feature is enabled and the phone reboots after it should request this.

We would need to see more logs but that is outside the scope for a Polycom employee within this community.

Please open a support ticket.

In order to raise a support ticket you need to work with your Polycom reseller as they need to do this for you.

If this is some sort of an Internet discounter please post either your phone's MAC address or your Polycom devices serial so I can look up who would be able to support you.

Please ensure to provide some feedback if this reply has helped you so other users can profit from your experience.

Best Regards

Hello Anatoly,

This unit was sold back in 31/01/2017 via ISOLIN TRADE & INVEST LIMITED but please be aware that you require a Polycom per device License as explained => here <=

Please ensure you have proof of this license(s) when you open a case.
