We are using VVX601 phones and software 18.104.22.16870 on Skype for Business Cloud PBX. When the phone is ringing, there is an on-screen "reject" button that sends the call to voicemail. However, if a person has setup a delegate and is simultaneously ringing to that delegate, this on-screen "reject" button turns into "dismiss", which causes the call to continue ringing to the delegate, and therefore the delegate has to handle the call. Is there a way to force "reject" functionality?
