welcome back to the Polycom Community.

Simply press 1,5 and 3 together to factory reset. After this comes back press 1,4 and 9 together to set to Generic Profile.

Re: Replacement Firmware VVX201 for SFB with for SIP

Hello Steffen,

It's means that no need to upload the firmware for open/generic SIP? Just simply reset factory default and setting back to generic profile? And the VVX201 can use for Generic SIP PBX such as Asterisk based IP PBX. Am i correct?

Thank you.

Re: Replacement Firmware VVX201 for SFB with for SIP

Hello Sinjo,

There are no hardware differences between a LYNC / Skype SKU and a Generic SKU.

Re: Replacement Firmware VVX201 for SFB with for SIP

Hello Sinjo,

what browser are you using? Have you tried a different browser yet?

I suggest bringing this to the attention of support.

In order to raise a support ticket you need to work with your Polycom reseller as they need to do this for you.

If this is some sort of an Internet discounter please post your phone's MAC address so I can look up who would be able to support you.

Please ensure to provide some feedback if this reply has helped you so other users can profit from your experience.
