We are also experiencing this issue. Failed to get pair code. This feature is still NOT working. 

 

 

We house a newer firmware on site on our own provisioning server that fixes lock up issues with our Polycom VVX310 phones.

 

Over the weekend something changed Monday morning users were complaining that phones were rebooting when checking on it – the phone was trying to pull older software from Microsoft Skype for Business Online cloud server  once that downgrade was complete our phone server on site upgraded the phone causing a reboot loop.

 

When I logged into the Skype for Business online server the Set-CSIPPhonePolicy was set to true again I set it to disabled again.

I don't think this is working I had to shutdown our polycom server to prevent the boot loops.

 

I have a ticket in with Microsoft about the policy getting true to upgrade from Skype for Business servers.

Not sure if something has changed, but I'm now getting "Error generating pair code and URL".

Everything is working now.. Web Sign-In appears to be back working (at least for us)

I still have pockets of users whose phones are reverting. Microsoft called me back a little while ago. Unfortunately there isn't much to report because he's a front line guy. He says that they have received some more complaints about the issue and that they have escalated it but they are waiting to hear a status update from the escalation team.
