We have both VVX310 and VVX600 phones as delegates in a SLA group. We just upgraded to firmware 5.5.2 on all phones and ever since that change was made if a delegate places the SLA call on Hold it cannot be picked up by other delegate phones. Previously to the upgrade that feature did exist. This has effected all SLA groups.

This needs to go into support so we can look at this.
In order to raise a support ticket you need to work with your Polycom reseller as they need to do this for you.
If this is some sort of an Internet discounter please post either your phone's MAC address or your Polycom devices serial so I can look up who would be able to support you. This may not be who you purchased the Polycom device from.
