We have a Sonus SBA and want to ensure we have the correct DHCP options set for phones to take advantage. Can you please advise the options required? VVX 411's version 5.4.2.

Does Polycom have a best practice guide for this deployment?

welcome to the Polycom Community.

I am not fully sure I understand the question.


Polycom Phones, just like CX phones, work with Option 43 and Option 120.


Other useful Options like DNS or NTP etc. are listed => here <=


More information should be requested from Sonus and/or Microsoft.
