Skype for Business Delegate not ringing VVX600

Current firmware version:


When calling the "boss", the delegate's Skype for Business client will show the incoming call but the deskphone will not ring. When a different "boss" calls the same client, it will ring both the Skype for Business client and the phone. I have also added a different delegate to the "boss" having the issue and the phone rings just fine.


I have tried factory resetting the device, firmware versions (,, and, and removing the delegate + re-adding. I have had no luck.


Any help would be greatly appreciated!

We would need to see this in support.

In order to raise a support ticket, you need to work with your Poly reseller as they may need to do this for you.

End Customers are usually unable to open a ticket directly with Poly support.

If this is some sort of an Internet discounter providing your MAC address or your Poly devices serial will enable us to look up who would be able to support you. This may not be who you purchased the Poly device from.

If the unit is no longer within the warranty please be prepared to Pay Per Incident / PPI. This is all outlined in detail here
