Dear,
I have a Trio 8800 as a demo environment in combination with a group 500.
I have one issue. When I login to the Webinterface of the Trio the Skype for Business function is greyed out. How can I enable it?
And is it possible to register the Trio8800 to SKype and also to a on premise PBX via SIP if also "normal" calling is wanted sometimes?
Kind regards and thanks

Hey Steffen, thanks for your quick reply.
But if I enable the Skype for Business Base Profile I can not use anymore the webinterface correct?
So how should I configure then the Lines shown in the FAQ for the hybrid? Or is it only possible then via the text editor stuff?
Kind regards

Hello @Proxy00,
Please ensure you always check the community FAQ and/or utilize the community search before posting any new topics or follow up post’s.
All questions asked in your reply are already answered.
If you struggle, and nobody else is willing to help you, please open a Support ticket.
In order to raise a support ticket you need to work with your Polycom reseller as they need to do this for you.
End Customers are unable to open a ticket directly with Polycom support.
If this is some sort of an Internet discounter please post either your phone's MAC address or your Polycom devices serial so we can look up who would be able to support you. This may not be who you purchased the Polycom device from.
If the unit is no longer within warranty please be prepared to Pay Per Incident / PPI. This is all outlined in detail here

Hey Steffen,
I tried to go through our Reseller Dekom but I do not get any reply back from them. I will try again a couple of times there.
Edit: I guess I found it, I need to enable the webinterface again
Yes I check the FAQ and everything I also did see the hybrid. But in one FAQ they said if you enable the Skype mode in the Trio the webinterface is not working anymore. And in onther FAQ they enable this mode and then do configuration via webinterface, just a bit confusing.
Kind regards and thanks
Sven
