Is there any documentation on the csv format for EFK customization?  From this post it talks about

Provisioning

The phone will upload a <mac>-UserName@Domain.csv file.

Example content:

Line_Index,Line_URI,Line_Style,
2,RtcApplication-4b813ecd-440f-4111-bbd1-c3fea7986a66@t2voice.co.uk,e_Lync,
7,STEFF-GS500@t2voice.co.uk,e_Lync,

But nowhere can I find the available Line_Style values.  This is for a new deployment of VVX 410's with Color Expansion Modules.

Hello cmcdonald2820,

welcome to the Polycom Community.

We do not recommend to manually edit this file.

Please follow the FAQ guide and provision the phone via the UI.

Thanks for the reply Steffen. From the same page I linked the OP from:

The above can be used to provision all or single phones either using a <mac>-UserName@Domain.csv or 000000000000-UserName@Domain.csv.

So we can create the csv from one phone and copy it but not edit it?  The above line appears to imply that the file is in a simple format that is human readable and stored as a text file on the provising server to be manipluated.

Can you provide a link to the specific FAQ guide you are refering to?  Are you suggesting that for one of my users that has 2 VVX Color expansion modules, if they want a line button changed that I should go to their office, have them get up from their workstation and sit down to manually manuplate the buttons on their phone vs. editing a text file?

Hello cmcdonald2820,

yes that is correct. At present I cannot recommend to edit the file.
