Skype for Business online woes

I am having trouble getting a VVX 600 phone working with Skype for Business online. I have tried versons 5.4.0.10182 Rev A, and 5.4.2.0334.

 

 I cannot get it to register. Below are the logs. It is set to autodiscover. When I manually set it to sipdir.online.lync.com I no longer get errors for sipexternal,sipinternal or the "Invalid STS-URI, but it seems the heart of theproblem is with the lines below.

I am using ADFS for SSO. So authenication comes back here.  I am using Skype for Business online only we do not have a presence onsite. Also the test from https://testconnectivity.microsoft.com/  comes back clean. Has anyone encountered this?

welcome to the Polycom Community.

The last log shows the phone sending a register to the server that was resolved but nothing after that.

 

I would suggest you check via a wireshark trace if the phone can connect to this server as that could be a firewall issue on your end.

 

SCANSOURCE COMMUNICATIONS sold this VVX600 back in mid December 2015 so they would be your first level support contact and they can raise a Polcyom support ticket for you.

I am having a similar issue, however you're able to make a TLS connection. What certificates do you have installed on the phone?
