we just released the 6.1.9 Software for the Polycom Trio VisualPro Hardware and Polycom Trio VisualPro v6.1.9

In addition to support for the new Trio VisualPro hardware, Trio VisualPro version 6.1.9 software will support Group Series Trio pairing with Group Series 310 and 500 systems.


Only use software version 6.1.9 when pairing Polycom Trio VisualPro or RealPresence Group Series 310 and 500 systems with Polycom Trio 8500 and 8800 systems version 5.7.1AB or later. Your RealPresence Group Series system must also be hardware version 20 or later.

 

The release supports the following Polycom products:

  • Polycom Trio™  VisualPro
  • RealPresence® Group Series 310
  • RealPresence® Group Series 500
  • Polycom® EagleEye™ IV camera
  • Polycom® EagleEye™ Acoustic camera
  • Polycom® EagleEye™ Director II camera
  • Polycom® EagleEye™ Producer camera
  • Polycom RealPresence Group Microphone Array
  • Polycom HDX system table microphone arrays and ceiling microphone arrays

 

What is included in this release?     

Software version 6.1.9 provides new functionality for the following features:

  • Support for Polycom Trio VisualPro
  • Prioritizing the Voice VLAN
