[Software] RealPresence Trio UC Software 5.4.5 Rev AC

I am happy to announce the availability of Polycom® UC Software 5.4.5 Rev AC, with associated utilities and documents on the RealPresence Trio product support web page for download.


UCS 5.4.5AC ( is a maintenance release for RealPresence Trio 8800 and the RealPresence Trio Visual+ accessory addressing important field fixes including:


  • Improved Connectivity with some 1,000 Mbps (gigabit) Ethernet switches
  • Responsiveness when in large Skype for Business meetings with 100+ participants
  • Web Configuration Utility: corrected display of ‘special interop’ parameter Lync2010 and EWS Internal/External URLs
  • Audio is now heard when using Opus codec at 13.33 Kbps

•       Microsoft Exchange Online authentication failure
