[Software]TRIO UC Software 5.4.2 Rev AB has been released
We are pleased to announce that the Polycom® UC Software 22.214.171.12400 Rev AB associated utilities and documents for Polycom® RealPresence Trio™ 8800 only are now available on the Polycom Product Support web pages (http://support.polycom.com) for download.
This software replaces the prior released 5.4.2 Rev AA due the following issue:
RealPresence Trio 8800 systems using Polycom UC Software 5.4.2AA enter a reboot loop when connected to Cisco switches that support IEEE 802.3af power over Ethernet (PoE) and have Cisco Discovery Protocol (CDP) enabled and Link Layer Discovery Protocol (LLDP) disabled. This issue does not exist with any other UC Software version or switches other than Cisco.
UC Software 126.96.36.19900 Rev AB is a maintenance release with important field fixes for RealPresence Trio only.
Polycom UC Software 188.8.131.5200 Rev AB supports the following platforms:
Polycom RealPresence Trio 8800 including the Polycom RealPresence Trio Visual+ accessory
