Hey Team!

 

So we have an 8500 and it's working fine - however, we're trying to setup a Trio 8300, and we're unable to set it up with Skype for Business / Teams. 

 

I can't find any guides or really any posts about this. Can someone point me in the right direction?

 

Normally, I'll hit the web interface, set the base profile to Skype for Business, than it's ezpz on the setup. However, the web interface seems to be missing the base profile drop down.

the Trio 8300 is openSIP only. No Teams or Skype for Business.

could you kindly point me to the section where it states the Trio 8300 is compatible with Skype for Business and/or Teams so I can make our marketing team aware?
