I am looking for some assistance to enable a 4th line key on the Trio 8800.

I am running them in SfB mode, so SfB is on line 1. I have line 2 setup for a SIP line to FreePBX, Line 3 is setup for Teams calling to RealConnect.

Is it possible to scroll to the next screen and have a 4th line key option available?

Hi @

just put this into a txt file and save it as cfg. Import it to the Trio and you will have a 4th line. But be aware, Trio officially supports only 3 lines in Hybrid Mode! But works fine for me! 😉

Hello @mshu1  and @SR_MCSE ,

Welcome back to the Poly Community.

The Trio supports officially 3 registered lines. You can add more unregistered lines.
