Trio 8800 - Welcome Instructions Keeps Appearing After a Day or Two

Equipment

Polycom Trio 8800 w/ Visual+

Ploycom Trio 8800 w/ VisualPro

 

Software Versions

Trios and Visual+ - 5.9.0.11421 (latest release wouldn't connect to Exchange server, I have documentation from vendor to fix this)

Updater Signature - Release

 

For some reason, the Welcome Instructions and Graphic keep reappearing on my custom background (picture attached). Here is what I have for the code:

 

mr.bg.selection="Custom"
mr.bg.showPlcmLogo="0"
mr.bg.showWelcomeInstructions="None"
mr.bg.url="https://www.pennmedicine.org/-/media/images/.......jpg"

 (I removed part of the URL for this post)

 

If I restart the phone, it will refresh and the Welcome Instructions are gone. But after a day or two, I will come in in the morning, and they are back on there. Any reason why they reappear on their own?

This is fixed in 5.9.1 via EN-143570, EN-150635 and EN-137265
