Does the Polycom Trio support the dial-out functionality that comes as part of the SfB online PSTN Conferencing Add-on?
I've tried to call a few numbers while in a meeting but it fails, so I'm not sure if there's further configuration needed or if it's just not supported. (This works fine on the Skype for Business desktop client)

welcome to the Polycom Community.
It is always useful to include the currently used UC Software version as issues experienced may already be addressed in a newer release.
This also allows yourself and others to check against current software release notes.

In addition do you mean the Meet Now feature?
What did you try and dial and did you check the phone logs ?
