Trio 8800 calendar issue

Hi,

 

We have implemented Trio 8800 in few offices and they are working perfectly but for some reasons in one of the office they are giving me a lot of trouble. 

 

First I had issue that I wasn't able to login to S4B account. Issue was with certificate not being installed. Now I'm struggling with calndar. 

 

Searching for contacts works so there is some kind of connectivity with Exchange.

welcome to the Polycom Community.

It is always useful to include the currently used UC Software version as issues experienced or a question asked may already be addressed in a newer release.

This also allows yourself and others to check against current software release notes, Administrator Guides or FAQ post’s.

I'm sorry I thought I have added UC version which is 

 

UC Software Version 5.4.3.2400

if you go into Status - Calendar on the Trio, and choose Disconnect, then go back into Meetings and reconnect, does it work?

Hello DanielK76,

UC Software 5.4.3 is no longer supported as we have released UC Software 5.4.4.7609.

 

Please upgrade and if this still fails utilize the new FAQ:
