Trio 8800 disable recent calls list

I am trying to disable the recent calls list on a Trio 8800.  It is running in Teams mode.  Any suggestions?  

 

I disabled the calling list option in the config file but that had no impact on it.

Welcome to the Poly Community.


No, you cannot use configuration parameters for this as this is all controlled by Microsoft via the Teams App running on the Trio.

 

Please work with our partner Microsoft.

Hello @quatrochi 

 

as an example, if you would install the Teams app on your Android phone or Apple iPhone would you be expected to contact Google or Apple?

 

The Teams app is a standalone app running on our Android Based Trio so for us, it is pretty clear who can offer this option.

 

I am unsure who you dealt with at Microsoft but I suggest you try again and possibly refer to this post.
