Hi all,

 

we have a Trio 8800 with Visual+ device, we have configured a Skype for Business Account from Office365. Basically the Trio 8800 works, but on every restart it shows "Completing Provisioning" for the long time of 10-15 minutes. But we do not have a provisioning server configured. We dont understand why the device needs to complete provisioning on every start. Firmware is up to date.

 

Does anyone have an idea how to solve this problem?

Stating the latest software does not help others when finding this post in days, weeks, months or years to come as they do not know what software mentioned was current at the time of writing.

Please therefore always post the exact complete build id.

Hello Michael,

Most likely we would need to see some logs and a backup.

 

Settings > Logging > Global Settings > Global Log Level Limit > Log File Size (Kbytes) > 10240

Settings > Logging > Module Log Level Limits > CURL > Event 2

Settings > Logging > Module Log Level Limits > Copy > Event 2

 

Replicate the issue aka reboot the Trio and then provide us with

 

Diagnostics > View & Download Logs > Clear

Diagnostics > View & Download Logs > UCS Application > Export
Diagnostics > View & Download Logs > System Log > Export

Utilities > Phone Backup & Restore > Phone Backup > Phone Backup

 

We may have to ask you to get this into support.


In order to raise a support ticket you need to work with your Polycom reseller as they need to do this for you.

End Customers are unable to open a ticket directly with Polycom support.

If this is some sort of an Internet discounter please post either your phone's MAC address or your Polycom devices serial so I can look up who would be able to support you. This may not be who you purchased the Polycom device from.

hi Michael,
Is the Wifi from the network settings on the Trio 8800  ON or OFF ? If it is ON can you turn it off and verify it.
