I've a Trio 8800 with version 5.7.2.3205. This device is not able to sign in using SFB login credentials.
While referring the logs, i'm able to see the user name and password is Invalid. Could you please help me to find the issue.Attaching the logs for your reference.
I have tried to use the below formats to sign in to the trio 8800 device
sign-in Address:- name@boy.com
Domain:de
user name:- Windows NT ID (asr1de)
Password:- XXXX
sign-in Address:- name@boy.com
Domain:de
user name:- name@boy.com
Password:- XXXX

Both the community's Must Read First and the community's FAQ reference the basic minimum information a new or follow up post should contain.

As a reminder the basic information asked for:
UC Software 4.0.0 or later via the Web Interface Utilities > Phone Backup & Restore > Phone Backup > Phone Backup. Please rename into .TXT or Zip the file to attach.
Since UC Software 5.9.0 simply provide this via the Web Interface Diagnostics > Download Support Information Package
Whilst providing some of these details may not directly impact any possible answer the community can provide, it does enable Polycom to have an overview of the current software used. In addition providing all details at the same time allow us to check logs or look up a potential support partners if an issue needs to come into support. It also enables us to verify the entitlement for using features.

Only having had a brief look for one of the Username's I can see it exceed the maximum length of characters.
In addition I see a lot of of DNS failures and other kind of failures.
As you have not provided any kind of data we would need and some history if this ever worked before or juts does not work with the username that is to long its hard to comment.
As your Employer is a large organisation and has multiple networks and locations I suggest you get this into support so we can look at this with the attention it would need.

As indicated by you i'll try to reset the user name length to a shorter one. If this isn't working then i'll open a case with you guys for this issue.
