I've encountered an error with multiple users after loading 5.4.4AA on a Trio PN 2201-65290-019 last night.  When hitting the join meeting the Trio will auto reboot.  Below is the output of the log right before the reboot.

After the reboot and a couple of tries to rejoin the meeting it was able to connect.  The log of that connection is below.

I've had to roll back to 5.4.3.2400 due to this unit being in production.  It appears that most of those errors are present after rolling back to 5.4.3.2400 so the logs may not be helpful.  The log of that successful connection post roll back is below.

Hello Scott1,

We need our support team to look at this.

In order to raise a support ticket you need to work with your Polycom reseller as they need to do this for you.

If this is some sort of an Internet discounter please post your phone's MAC address so I can look up who would be able to support you.

Please ensure to provide some feedback if this reply has helped you so other users can profit from your experience.

Best Regards
