Hello JRFoster,
welcome back to the Polycom Community.
Most or nearly all of your old posts => here <= are still open / pending as you have not marked these as "Accept as a solution".
If they are in this state nobody finding them via a community search will know if an answer or advice was useful and has helped you. In some of them you had assistance from Polycom support so a quick follow up can be useful.
Could you therefore kindly go over them and mark or answer as appropriate?
If they are marked as "Accept as a solution" other users can find these easier and it helps them to utilize the community more efficiently.
In addition stating the latest software does not help others when finding this post in days, weeks, months or years to come as they do not know what software mentioned was current at the time of writing.
Please therefore always post the exact complete build id.
Do you have any logs of this new issue? Can you always replicate it and do you get any errors?
We would need the following:
- Settings > Logging > Global Log Level Limit > Debug
- Settings > Logging > Log File Size (Kbytes) > 512
- Settings > Logging > Module Log Level Limits > SIPt > Debug
- Settings > Logging > Module Log Level Limits > Support Objects > Event 2
Best Regards

What version of the Skype for Business client are you running? The Trio currently does not support VBSS. Does it work when sharing a specific program rather than the entire desktop?
If so, then you'll need to turn off VBSS on the client or the server via PowerShell commands until Polycom wakes up and patches their product.
