Trio upgrade/downgrade s4b profile

Hello all,

I have updated my Trio to the latest firmware (5.7) in order to use Polycom usb PTZ camera.

The device is being upgraded, but when i log in as a s4b user then it is automatically downgrades to 5.5 version which does not support PTZ camera.

What am i supposed to do?
